Maybe you just need a killer e-book cover that captures readers' eyes. Or perhaps you're taking your book through self-publishing and need the whole enchilada. Either way, you're gonna need a nice-looking cover. If the book's in print, the cover has to be designed correctly, which means you need to know the size of the book, which means the manuscript must be finished and in good condition (edited and proofed). Then the designer can do a great job through and through.

A good designer gives you choices in the cover. Whether it's an e-book cover or print cover, the best start with a conversation between designer and author. They need to understand each other and SEE the finished product in their heads. That gives the designer a little leg up on her end. We do fabulous book covers here, some of which you will see in our portfolio pieces. Long before we opened FCM, we were helping authors with their books in all regards. We do good work on the interior design, too. Ah, but you'll need to check out our authors' books we designed to see that. ; )

Whether you use us for your book design or another talented designer is up to you, but the more you can make that designer see what you have in mind for the book the better!
